The 522 is compact enough to tow and launch yet big and tough enough to take a moderate seaway in her stride. The self draining cockpit has high coamings to enhance security and there is plenty of well thought out stowage.

The Standard Boat is constructed of heavy duty hand laminated GRP, with the Hull and Deck wet bonded with an GRP girder system under the cockpit sole. The 522 has full built in bouyancy and a self bailing cockpit with under deck vented fuel locker.

The 522 comes with excellent stowage solutions with a seperate battery stowage, an anchor well with stowage and stowage under its forward seats along with Helmsmen and co-pilot seat boxes. The 522 deck fittings include Aft lockers/seats with hinged lids, stainess steel bow roller with anodised mooring cleats, a heavy duty fender and a S.S winching eye. There is also a forward steering console with mechanical push/pull steering, remote control box, control cables, battery and battery box along with a Fire Extinguisher and Battery Master Switch.
